Technical Support

For most technical support issues, please check our knowledgebase first for answers. If you can’t find the answer to your issue there, we offer support 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in any of three ways:

Open a Ticket
If you are not currently a customer or you’ve lost your login, you may open a ticket by clicking here. If you are an existing customer, please log in first then click Open Ticket

Online Chat
At the bottom right of each web page is our online chat. Click on the red Support Online button, enter your name and click Start Chat, then give a brief description of the issue.
